I’m a current resident and I’m over here shaking in my shoes because there is a mouse running around my apartment that I pay $1200 for this is unbelievable. This feels like highway robbery. Very big good fields can play volleyball ball soccer basketball it's really big definitely recommend for kids
Roaches, mice, and thin walls. Complex was becoming ghetto. Neighbors always fighting. People hanging out in the back at night. Laundry room is always disgusting and the washer and dryers are always broke. Not worth $1200
