Very unprofessional & unethical. Did not stick to commitments,, not responsive to calls. Front office refused to speak to me but eagerly shared private information with another. They have appraised my home 3 times with gross differences between each and many inconsistencies compared to local sales. This company has strong ties to certain realtors and will not provide a fair appraisal. They are very over priced and there are many better options for a fair, ethical appraisal.
