Very unprofessional & unethical. Did not stick to commitments,, not responsive to calls. Front office refused to speak to me but eagerly shared private information with another. They have appraised my home 3 times with gross differences between each and many inconsistencies compared to local sales. This company has strong ties to certain realtors and will not provide a fair appraisal. They are very over priced and there are many better options for a fair, ethical appraisal.

Poor experience with John Meyer. Very lackadaisical attitude. Poor customer service skills. Several calls with no response. I had to call John several times only to be put into his voicemail without a response. No firm commitment after 7 days to do the work. Extremely high price to do the work.
Appraisal was very inaccurate and the value was off by $30-50k. Our same floor plan, same builder, same finishes, with less land and no outbuildings sold for $30k more than my appraisal (within the last 90 days)? The other two comparables were not even in the same city. I would say the appraisal was less than thorough.
