Dr. Gillen was great. Only seen him once besides the day of surgery. Other appointments was with other PA. All friendly but always had a long wait time. But what really stood out was a office lady that helped me so much with my paperwork trying to get my leave approved from my job. And my insurance to cover it. That was a nightmare. I wish I remembered her name. She resent my paperwork. And redid the paperwork several times. Always called me back when I had to call her to tell her my leave was denied. Able get an appt the same day, pointed out issues and scheduling surgery asap
Professional, courteous, and respectful. Explained everything thoroughly and easy to understand. Whole team was on it!! Very proficient! My shoulder hasn’t been this good in years. I highly recommend Dr. Gillen and his team! OUTSTANDING!

9 months ago I had shoulder replacement with this fine Dr.Gillen and Staff! The office meet, the procedure, the follow ups and then rehab went smoothly. Everything got back to normal after rehab and following Instructions. Simply go on with what you do!
He was very good at explaining what the surgery would entail. When I saw the incision, I was very impressed at how unnoticeable it was! Pain went away pretty quickly, my recovery was ahead of schedule. I am very pleased with his work!!!
