My kids feel at home here...they now do everything on their own without me being in the room..that's how comforting the staff and Dr. Is..Dr. John really takes his time with his patients and explains things in full details..I don't know what we would do without this amazing Dr. And staff..I definitely recommend going to Dr. John, it's truly an amazing learning experience for the young ones!
I don't know where to begin to tell you how terrible our experience was. Let me start by the minimal good which was his very sweet staff. Then we get to the crux of it and meet the dentist after my children were diagnosed without x-Rays or a doctor by the dental hygenists, he was rude, unprofessional, had zero children skills. I can go on and on about how many innapropraite things this office does, but it will be easier for you to just stay away!!!! Please pick another doctor!!!
His arrogance and rudeness is unacceptable. I would never go there again.
Dr.Galli performed a procedure on my son,. During the procedure he went in and out of the room, touched other objects and never changed his gloves...not to mention that during the whole time he was very rude. My son ended up having an infection. I called to speak to him but he hang up the phone. NEVER AGAIN.
