Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would

Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment

Yes, they don't show favoritism Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect

Yes, he/she looked very professional

Sometimes, but not always Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
