The girl Bailey who cleaned my teeth was super Nice! Also one of the few dentist I could find that would take me on as a new client during covid and excepted Medicaid for adults!

staff was very helpful and friendly. He examined my tooth and discussed different option for me to think about and would call me in a day or so.
Well my husband had his two front teeth by you guys on Thursday. You guys sent him home without pain meds and no antibiotics! He has been so miserable with the pain. He now has a infection in his mouth! He is fighting Primary Progressive MS. His immune system is highly compromised by his infusion he take to try to slow the disease. If nothing you could have at least sent him home with antibiotics. I think that if he wasn't Medicaid, he would be treated better. I just don't understand.

We apologize that your husband was in pain after his visit. We checked his x-ray and there was no active infection or abscess on the teeth that we extracted so that usually does not warrant an anti-biotic. We encourage all of our patients to reach out to us if they are in pain and we would happily prescribe a pain medication for him. Insurance does not dictate how we treat our patients.
