The entire team shows concern and appropriate care. My needs were met with the best care that I have experienced in my life. Kudos 👏
This practice has managed to do what other practices should strive to accomplish, and that is make what is a stressful experience a pleasant experience. My mother had to see Dr Ballert to have cancer removed from her face. He went above and beyond to take care of her, and was so professional yet so down to earth. He was very knowledgeable and skilled with his work, but even more he showed compassion which, in my opinion, is becoming something patient’s experience less these days.
