Dr. Johansen was very thorough in doing the exam and in reviewing all my options. Everyone that I interacted with, from the receptionist to the choosing of glasses, were highly professional and courteous. Would highly recommend!
Not satisfied with way billing was explained, therefore never went bsck after going back because I've not been able to use glasses after 5 months, they can't do any adjustments
He treats me like family!
