I couldn’t get a live human being on the phone for two or three days. I spoke to the manager. I wanted to tell her what exactly went wrong. I was very polite and nice and then she said you’re no longer wanted in our practice. I said no problem and then I gave her a piece of my mind. This doctor ruined my life 11 years ago after doing a partial hip replacement without giving us any options. At the time. I've been living in a nightmare. My pain has now gone into my leg calf and foot. I've been suffering for 11 to 12 years from this surgery that he performed. I now see him saying he's an expert in shoulders. This review is for the staff at Galvez and Blom. It took 45 minutes and being hung up on 5 times to speak to someone who told me I was lying and was not hung up on. Then she told me "she couldn't deal with me". I cannot review the skills or professionalism of the physicians as I was not able to get past their staff. I work in the medical field, and I would never allow my staff to speak to a patient in this manner. Had a scheduled appointment planned 3 weeks ahead of time. They called 30 minutes before my appointment as I was walking out the door and cancelled. Next appointment time....4 weeks away. Going with an office that respects my time.

Dr Blom and his assistant were the most accommodating ,informative , and understanding my situation,, BUT his staff were the most unprofessional , unorganized in any profession I ever seen ,, I had to have an operation for my shoulder ,, they cancelled the first hospital appointment, on the 14 of January,, giving an excuse that the hospital is not operating, I called the hospital and they were operating ,, then Ms Trish gave me a different excuse ,,,, Now has been 10 weeks and no communication with me even though I have call... read more
