I've been seeing Dr. O'Neill for many years. She has always been nice and addressed anything I asked her about. Never had to wait very long for her appointments. Never a billing issue with the office. I moved out of OH and hope I can find someone as good as her where I live now. P.S. I have not had an urgent appointment need.

Saw her twice. First seemed overbearing, spoke quickly, hyper, extremely poor listener. I’m understanding and felt I just needed to get to know her. Second visit, I felt attacked. She spoke quickly, over me, and implied I was being dishonest. I was forced to assert myself. It was clear that any mixup stemmed from within her office. She eventually calmed down and apologized. It was uncalled for, left me upset. Who treats people like that? Will be finding new doctor.

Excellent Doctor, have trusted her for over 15 years and have recommended many of my friends and family to her and they all are still with her, now even my own daughter. She is patient, kind and listens. For me personally she had uncovered a serious problem requiring surgery that 4 previous doctors (1 Family Dr., 3 other OB/GYN's) kept waiving me off. She diagnosed and treated me and I'm a mother and feeling great!

Dr. O'Neill told me when she found out I was taking antidepressants while pregnant (while under the care of my family doctor) that my child wouldn't grow arms or legs...she didn't even ask about my mental health history, which necessitated medication. I now have 2 perfectly healthy children. I was very turned off by this overarching generalization of hers and soon found another doctor who assured me I would be perfectly fine.

She was very rude. Wouldn't let me explain anything. Wouldn't answer any of my questions.

She's a great doctor and explains everything thoroughly. Been with her over 15 years And will stay with her. I'm very comfortable with her.

Don't waste your time with her. I visited her with a copy of ultrasound and MRI reports that showed I had several very large fibroids and other problems. The radiology report recommended I see an OBGYN. I scheduled an appointment with her. She glanced over the report and dismissed me as neurotic. She said most women have fribroids which cannot cause incontinence or constipation, which is not true as clearly demonstrated in the surgery I had with another OBGYN who discovered multiple problems.

Lacked follow up in a tragic situation. Left patient wondering what to expect next in the process after a sad event occurred at a normal appointment. Lacks human empathy. Did not call patient til next day. Office staff did not help matters either.

Dr. O'Neill is amazing. She was recommended to me by a family member when her practice was near to my home. I have since moved away and I still make the drive to see her. I've worked with several other OB/GYNs and none have compared. She takes the time to listen, she is realistic and addresses all concerns. I highly recommend her.
