My husband had an unfortunate experience with this physician. I inquired about his visit and he decribed the Doctor as "Lazy and disinterested ". He was scheduled at 8 am for physical. I asked if something had gone wrong during his prostate exam??only to find out he didn't even have one. My husband is Carribean and over 40 so I was surprised that a prostate exam at the least was not performed during a rountine physical. After wasting 3 hours of my time making me wait past my appointment time, Dr (only by title) Hsu finally saw me for 2 minutes before giving me many excuses for making me wait and giving me a general diagnosis of bronchitis. When I questioned him about this he made more excuses and tried to tell me it didn't matter, the antibiotics he was giving me would fix whatever was wrong with me. Never return phone call. Poor service from this Dr.
Dr. Hsu is by far the best doctor that I have had in my 42 years. He listens very well and wants the best for you and your health. I just know God's sent me his way. He and I will grow old together for sure. Oh, and the ponytail is on point. lol And I can not forget about his assistiant she is AWESOME.
I saw Dr. Johanan Hsu on 9-4-18 as a new patient. I had moved to another part of Houston as going to see my other primary care provider was too far of a drive. Dr. Hsu had an easy bedside manner. Listened to what I had to say. Was not in a hurry. I plan on keeping him as my primary care provider.
I saw Dr. Hsu for the first time as a new patient and had a great experience. He was very friendly and humorous and took the time to listen to all of my concerns. I work in the medical field as well and I was impressed with his knowledge about my condition. I would definitely recommend him as a primary physician!
