The best thing Sentara has ever done is to hire Dr. Urena Hernandez. My family has total faith in him. He is kind, caring, and truly cares about his patients. He never rushes us and never dismisses our concerns. He is always prepared for us when he walks in the room. He is one of a kind in this day and age.
Dr Urena-Hernandez is the best Internist/Family Practice Physician I have encountered in all my 87 years. He listens, speaks in ways easy to understand difficult medical term and he clearly cares about his patients. The best of the best.
