The temperature sensor went out on my stove. Long story short, it caused a grease fire. I was less than three foot away when it happened and was able to grab a fire extinguisher and put it out. I called the leasing office to let them know. I’d taken the knob off of the eye but they needed to know because it was a dangerous situation. I have had nothing but great things to say about Jogip. My application and move in process went quickly and professionally. I had a problem with my toilet and they scheduled a plumber the very next day. Sergio showed up on time and got right to work. 30 minutes later he was gone and my toilet was fixed.
I was in search of a company that would be able to accommodate my requests as a property manager with high expectations. I spoke to a young lady by the name of Monique. Without hesitation Monique assured me that she handles all clients with high priority. I was amazed by the extensive details she provided in explaining their process. I will definitely recommend this company.
