I moved things into my storage at this location as best as I could. Not much there , although good things. I have a lot more. Although, before I could move more, the rent doubled and the system to use it changed. Move back out? Or work together on next to no income here from me?

Fast and easy transaction. Went on their website and filled out a short application. Then spoke to a very friendly representative for all of 5 minutes. Payed the reasonable rate. Then I was done. Literally took 5 minutes and I had a storage locker to secure my belongings. Excellent service. No hassles.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Even in cases of emergency, DO NOT RENT A UNIT FROM THIS LOCATION. Within days of me moving the entirety of my belongings, I come back to the unit to find EVERYTHING COMPLETELY COVERED in mice droppings. My moving boxes were chewed through, mattresses lined in rodent feces, clothing ruined from mouse pee. I had the insurance that came with the unit and was told that there was nothing I could claim unless I was claiming the cardboard boxes that were damaged. She was very polite, calm, and made me feel human again! Was very understanding and informative! Thanks for being great at KO Storage! I appreciated the respect I got and am so glad I got to speak with her. But also thanks to the whole team, who makes it all possible!

This was my first time getting a storage unit and had a few question about move in. I called and was quickly answered by Brittany Campo who was extremely helpful. She answered all of my questions and was super personable! She provided excellent service! I would recommend this place to other people.
