Once I reserved my unit. They promptly gave me call to follow up. I mostly worked with Issac. He was great and efficient.
I would give a zero if I could. Customer service is none existent. I was late on payment, so that's on me, however, instead of putting one of their locks on with mine. They sent an email that said "We noticed your tenant lock is missing from your unit. Please return to the facility at your earliest convenience to secure your unit." It wasn't missing they completely cut mine off. Not just mine, but about 10-15 other units. I would leave zero stars. My code has never worked and I have had to call customer service several times. The code they give me never works. Other customers have told me the same thing. There is never anyone in the office. I'm paying 100 dollars a month for nothing and I can't get access my unit, or get the services I pay for.
