Told me my offer was accepted on a house in Manchester, told my realtor that the contract couldn't be signed until a previous loan on the house was paid off. Then he turned around and sold the house from underneath me without any notice or a chance to offer more. We took his word in good faith and he ended up being a mistake. would not recommended. Definitely not a false review and your correct you didn't speak to me you spoke to my realtor. This is the house to refresh your memory.

Joey did a wonderful job. Answered all my questions and was very helpful selling our home . Thanks again for everything. Also thanks to his sweet daughter very nice people also very professional. Thank you.
Very disappointed. I don’t feel like he was honest with us. We were to sell four houses with him. He never produced a contract even though he said he would multiple times.. After over a month we went with a different realtor. Not very professional, should’ve just told us that he didn’t want to sell them. Don’t have much respect for somebody who can say the truth.
