Joey was an outstanding Realtor. From the moment we connected his entire mission was to make sure he met our entire family and got a better understanding of our needs and wants. We were living in Charlotte Carolina at the time and he took time to visit homes we sent him, video it so that we could get a feel for the home and the surrounding neighborhood. Joey Rockenstein remained available to show me houses from the moment I met him. He asked pertinent questions, kept me focused on what I was looking for, and wasn’t afraid to say no about a property that wasn’t a good fit. He made the deciding question about the property I actually closed on, asking me, “why do you think you can’t get it?” He guided me towards thinking “close” and also thinking “don’t be afraid to close.” And he’s a fun person to be around. Highly recommended.
