ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! We bought a platinum warranty with a 2015 Optima that's worthless. The navigation unit went out and the only option they give is to have the unit taken out and drive the vehicle for two weeks while they send it off to get fixed. Then have to take the vehicle back to have the new unit put in. Of course they refuse to provide a rental during this time and could care less that it's a total inconvenience to the customer.

I would recommend anyone to go there if they are in the market on buying a car, from my experience this is the place to buy a car, the salesman is very nice
It was a great experience. i was in and out. Very friendly staff.
The sales manager there was very hateful and did not want to help me as far as getting the best deal on the car. I told the sales manager what I was willing to pay for the car every month and he was wanting to go more than I was willing to pay every month. I told him that I could not do 84 months on payments and he persisted that I do 84 months on car payments.
