Nearly 7 weeks ago I “special ordered” a vehicle from Joey Griffin Kia. I was provided with a receipt for my deposit, along with a buyers order stating the price. The order was confirmed over the phone with a manager and I was assured my vehicle would be in within 6-8 weeks. During the the 7 week period, I spoke with the general manager along with others on multiple occasions discussing the process of the order/eta and again confirmed the vehicle I ordered.
