Nearly 7 weeks ago I “special ordered” a vehicle from Joey Griffin Kia. I was provided with a receipt for my deposit, along with a buyers order stating the price. The order was confirmed over the phone with a manager and I was assured my vehicle would be in within 6-8 weeks. During the the 7 week period, I spoke with the general manager along with others on multiple occasions discussing the process of the order/eta and again confirmed the vehicle I ordered. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! We bought a platinum warranty with a 2015 Optima that's worthless. The navigation unit went out and the only option they give is to have the unit taken out and drive the vehicle for two weeks while they send it off to get fixed. Then have to take the vehicle back to have the new unit put in. Of course they refuse to provide a rental during this time and could care less that it's a total inconvenience to the customer.
