I haven’t been to the dentist in a while so I was a little nervous coming in but everyone here was very friendly, patient and it was a judgement free zone! Thank you to Dr. Tsang and Joyce for my teeth examination. They were very gentle with my teeth at my check and overall very kind people. I recommend this place to anyone in need of dental care!! Also thank you to the friendly people at the front desk, Priscilla, Jenecia, and Kenny!
Very professional Dental service also clean office. Hospitality and customer service is solid as well. No complaints, their work is thorough and understanding. Didn't feel pressured or with any regrets thus far on my second visit (light cleaning in photo).
The team here at Joeun Dental is the best! Very kind and handled my deep cleaning with almost no pain! 10/10 recommend
This was a cool dental office for the most part. The doctor was great – he honestly seemed so genuine, kind, and like he LOVES being a dentist, or maybe he just LOVES life, and that really comes across. The hygienist was good, but the older front desk lady was not so good. She just wasn't interested in answering my questions or even looking at me as I spoke to her, so I stopped trying to talk to her. I just moved from the Midwest to LA and was referred by a friend to come here. Joeun Dentistry was very easy to find, plenty of parking, and staff was very friendly throughout the whole service. The front desk was very helpful and set a good first impression, the assistant was kind and gentle with the x-rays, the hygienist Jane was thorough and talked me through each step and recommended techniques and products to aid with my sensitive teeth, and the dentist Dr. Tsaing was really cool and thorough when examining my teeth and... read more
