Dr. Illig was kind, thorough and very knowledgeable about my back problem. He made this uneasy journey and little more tolerable. Would definitely recommend.
I highly recommend Dr. Illig based on my personal experience. I get very thorough exams and MRI reviews, i.e.; (show & tell) so I got very good understanding of my issues plus a plan moving forward. Surgery is always his last resort!!!

Dr. Illig performed a discectomy after a ruptured disc. Dr. Illig was one of the most compassionate doctors I've seen. He explained every aspect of the process and made sure I understood what he was saying. He was very concerned about how I felt at every point during recovery. He offered multiple options for my care and did not push me into a decision, he let me decide. Dr. Illig is a true assest to the medical profession.
