The guys are great. They are very helpful and follow thru on orders and warranty claims for accessories with issues. Really impressive group.
EDIT. It only takes one bad experience with shotty communication to ruin it for me. I recently ordered a set of AMP research steps, and was told they would be installed 5 days later (today) they are telling me to wait 3 more days. Apparently my installation was never scheduled. Anything below this doesn’t apply in my personal experience anymore but was a previous reflection of how i felt about this business… I’ve used them multiple times for steps and ladder racks, they do good work, at a fair price, and honor warranty. Great service and merchandise. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.
I had window guard installed on 2023 CRV . Everyone was kind , concern and professional . The manager made sure my issues were resolved . They definitely stand by their work . I will definitely recommend.
