Joe built me 4L60E for my truck after another transmission place ripped me off. He took his time to explain to me how they cheated me with the pump and bands and the drum and all the stuff they told me they replaced that they didn't. That transmission didn't even last a month. Rude at the Phone, I asked for a Ford Fusión tranny rebuilt, bad customer service.
Joe rebuilt my TH400 in 2022. I have had no mechanical issues so far. However within the first year the oil pan gasket leaked. I replaced the gasket which I believe was made by Farpack with a high quality Moroso 93103 rubber gasket and have had no issues. I would respectively urge him to use Moroso gaskets and pass the cost on.
Brought my Truck in for regular service. They found and showed me an issue that very well could have cost me a new transmission if left unchecked. Fixed my truck in short order and was a pleasure to deal with.
