Joe rebuilt my TH400 in 2022. I have had no mechanical issues so far. However within the first year the oil pan gasket leaked. I replaced the gasket which I believe was made by Farpack with a high quality Moroso 93103 rubber gasket and have had no issues. I would respectively urge him to use Moroso gaskets and pass the cost on.
Brought my Truck in for regular service. They found and showed me an issue that very well could have cost me a new transmission if left unchecked. Fixed my truck in short order and was a pleasure to deal with.

I just bought a truck that had a transmission rebuild 2 years ago from Joe’s. This truck was in for its service fluid/filter change 2 months ago. I was unable to test drive the truck due to a front u joint issue. Once I got the truck drivable I noticed there was no 1st gear. Joes couldn’t get me in for an appointment for a month so I decided to do my own fluid/filter change and when I dropped the pan the filter and 2 mounting screws were laying in the bottom of the pan.
