Change This restaurant used to be the peppermill and then someone owned it and named it cloud 9. This has a great atmosphere very friendly and warm, the food is very simple American favorites. Many family recipes and the owners are there. Very reasonably priced and fun. I would recommend this for a good meal at a good value with a great experience
Owners Peppermill owners, Jim and Loretta are now the current owners, but the name of the venue is Joes. The owners in between were the first to convert the venue to Cloud 9, and while they created a super nice atmosphere, the biz kinda went downhill. Next up Mike and Matt did a super job, re-named it Joes and brought the food and services up a notch or two, and then the economy went south and Jim/Loretta are back. very unfriendly The food is so-so - nothing special. The servers are rude, angry and unwilling to serve anyone unless they are a regular drunken person in thier clique. The owners are unwilling to improve the service of the restaurant. If you want a pleasant dining experience, I suggest you go somewhere else.
Horrible I just had lunch at Joe's and this was the worst experience. I got there and the server had attitude. Waited for my check for 20 min and when i went up there saying i would like my check I got attitude. They would help all the men there but I couldn't get a refill and when i would try to get some help they walked by and just helped the men. I will never go there again. This is the worst place to go.
NEEDS BETTER OWNERS AND WORKERS!!!!!!!!!!!!! NEVER HAVE I HAD SUCH A RUDE WAITRESS IN MY LIFE!! Customer service was horrible and the owner of Joe's sports bar did not care one bit when we made a complaint!!! On top of the horrible service there were six us and they charged us a 15% gratuity without it ever stating we would be charged one!!! I would not have gave that waitress a dime in my opinion! In Faribault from out of town. Joe’s came up on our search of local restaurants...and we’re so glad it did! I ordered the Boneyard BBQ Mac and Cheese. IT. WAS. AMAZING! Great portion sizes! Enjoy!
