Joe's isn't our first choice of dining out but the other night my husband and I had the best waitress, her name is Heidi! She was VERY personable and gave us wonderful service! They need more staff like her �
MANAGEMENT TAKE NOTICE: Had a waitress tonight that demanded a tip , told us it was a federal law and she had to pay taxes on our table and unless we leave a tip it would cost her $5.25. and that we should go to KFC from now on. Waitress makes minimum wage plus tips which can add up to $50 and more an hour. I'm a veteran on social security and she's begging for money from me for doing a job that already pays more than what I make. Tips are for service above and beyond your duties and should not be mandatory
If I could give less than one star I would. Two of the people in our group had ordered the all-you-can-eat fish. We placed re-orders and other people that came in after us received their food before a simple re-order that we had asked for three times.after Had to beg a different waitress for drinks. I gets that tour busy, but like any normal place, keep ahead of items that you know people are going to be ordering. would not recommend this place at all.
Awesome happy hour & daily specials, great service, yummy food. Will definitely be going back.
We had lunch on sunday, i have to say the hot roast beef sandwich was THE best!! Great service! Great food!
Horrible service and pops watered down. When we pulled up all the waiters are standing out side smoking. Waited 20 minutes well they finished there heaters and it wasn't even busy in there.
We love the food!!! We have been going there a long time , we will continue to. I tell everyone to go they won't be sorry
