Right place if you enjoy the Pig. Reminiscent of the traditional country fire department barbecues, Joe’s atmosphere is that place. Whether alone or part of a troup, come prepared to over eat. It’s that good. See ya there soon for a Pig fix!
The atmosphere and staff were great. The brisket and chicken were good, nothing to brag about. The pork ribs were cooked to the point the meat was hard and unable to eat.

I was shocked by how rude your employees were. I visited you Sky Harbor location on the evening of 5/13/2018, and your staff were so rude and condescending. Then your manager/supervisor type person walked by and told her to go on break after helping me, and she then snapped to, and was syrupy fake-polite. Yet the manager didn’t acknowledge or apologize for the discourtesy that happened right in front of him. Your food is only mediocre and over-priced.
