Joe and his counterpart or some of the best repairman I've worked with in years I've known him for a few years and there are no nonsense that repairs they tell you as they see it and they tell you what needs to be done before it's done they try and work with you on your budget I give them as many stars as possible
He was able to diagnose and fix a portable hard drive within the time I paid into the parking meter! Saved me hundreds of dollars (what the franchise places quoted)
This was my second time dealing with these amazing people. Unfortunately Google won't allow a second review, even though it was 7 years apart. These guys are unbelievable they're also very fast and friendly great place to do business with thanks for the help during a hacking crisis! Also thanks for the help making my laptop better than new again!!! YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING!!
Went to Joe's to get a cracked screen on a laptop repaired. Joe explained the process to fix and looked up the parts needed online while I waited. The cost was prohibitive with a new screen so Joe checked Ebay for a used laptop that might work. We decided not to repair because the laptop is still working and the cost was too high for the part.
