So, I haven’t paid yet, this is how sure I am this man fixed my rig well. Joe was awesome. I spent an hour or so talking to him about my PC’s problem, I had the time and he was nice enough to do basic diagnostic in front of me, which was great because I could answer his questions in real time. Fantastic Experience, My hard drive took a dump, they were able to save data & program. Big savings. And that worked so well i brought my other tower in for service. They removed all my malware, increased storage, unit is lighting fast now. VERY HAPPY

I can't say enough about the great and fast service I received from Joe. He fixed my computer, showed me things I needed to do to keep it safe, and told some good jokes. I highly recommend him!

I was traveling through the area to take care of family business when I encountered the blue screen of death. I needed to be back online ASAP. Joe said to come by, and even though I got there a half hour before they closed, they were able to get me set up with a new hard drive, turn my old drive into an external drive, upgrade my RAM, and install Windows 11. They also have a full selection of refurbished computers if they hadn't have been able to fix mine. Great folks and very knowledgeable.
