Joe Allen (Joseph Richard Allen) handyman of Killeen, TX, agreed to install my AC. He asked me to notify him when it arrived. I did so and updated Joe over 3 days, which he acknowledged by text. On the day of delivery, he failed to respond to my repeated texts and phone calls notifying of the AC delivery. His failure to cancel the installation or respond to my calls is highly unprofessional.
