I went to a chain auto shop who charged me and did not fix my issue. Joe was able to identify the problem and even reached out to the chain and was able to get them to cover it. He'll be my go to auto maintenance going forward.
Terrific work. Chris was immediately ontop of things, worked with his suppliers and skilled techs to give me a great price and a smooth ride, fixing my struts, suspensions and new brakes. Their tech was incredibly knowledgeable and got me squared away same day with an alignment ontop of all of that. I definitely recommend Joe's (Chris is his brother). Great place.
Overall a great experience at Joe's. I booked the appointment online, which was confirmed a few days before the appointment and the day before the appointment. (Personally I like the option to book online and appreciate the reminders.) Joe's is a small independent shop, so don't expect a fancy store front, it's no non-sense and functional.
