I've been going to Joe's Auto for about a year for routine maintenance. They make it very easy to schedule an appointment, they have great communication on your car's status, and they explain all of the services they performed when you pick up the car. Also, recently my Mini Cooper was giving me a parking gear error and I was able to get an appointment the next day.
