Friendly staff Staff is very friendly and prices have been reasonable. Joe can frequently be heard on KARN. Radio listeners can call into the show and have their auto questions answered.
Getting Nervous So far I give 3 stars but will update. Broke down on 85 and tow man recommeded them. My car has been there since 2:00 (6:30 now). I had to call them and they told me it would be in the morning before they got back to me. If I was local it would not be a problem but, I have my 2 kids at a hotel with no car (looks like Waffle House tonight). They are aware of the storms heading in the direction I am going and check out time is coming soon. Will update in the morning.
RecommendedExcellent. had my truck towed to Joe's for a "No Bus" code. They had it fixed and my truck running great in less than a day. It was a week wait, but that wasn't a problem. I will definitely use them again
This place is pure garbage. They told me my total was double what they quoted and didn’t even call me to make repairs that were on top of the repair I asked for and THEY DIAGNOSED! Wish I would have looked at the reviews before taking it to this excuse for a shop. People like this are the reason you can’t trust anyone to do the right thing. If you are out there and need work done. You would be better off driving your car off a cliff.

Thank you so much for the review. We always try to glean something positive from every review we receive. Just to bring everyone up to speed, you brought your 02 Durango in because it had milky oil, a coolant leak and died at stops since you worked on it and installed a camshaft. A pressure test revealed an internal coolant leak, not an external one which is easier to find because it runs out on the ground. No communication. Charged double quoted price without calling. Staff very rude when husband questioned what they actually did. Told my husband they wouldn’t take his credit card because it would probably decline 🤣. Do yourself a favor and don’t take your vehicle there.

We gave your husband the option of going to get cash instead of running his credit card because the 3% processing fee would be added to the bill, adding back on what we had already knocked off. It had nothing to do with being declined. We were trying to save you money. Sorry you misunderstood.
My cars under flap had been damaged on a tow truck and I didn't notice until I was on the freeway. It was dragging on the freeway while the wind was catching the front-end of my car. I saw Joe's Garage right off the freeway which was the next exit over from where I just came from. I pulled in and Mr. Joe himself saw me on the ground trying to fix the flap by tucking in the bumper and maybe I could get home until I got it fixed. took my car to him for smoking under hood causing car to die, picked it up 1 week later after paying $2,000.00 and it was still smoking and died on major highway again, called Joe and he sent tow truck and took my car back to his shop, picked it up and still same problem and more money. 3rd trip to his shop to ask for money back and parts that I paid for but he begged me to leave car again, he would guarantee it gets fixed. I told him NO and he refused to refund money or give me my parts. told him I will see him in court.
I was told to bring my car there for some noises it was making. The gentleman told me there would be no charge as long as they didn't have to pull anything out. I drop off my car in the a.m. around 8, went to work , and she was rolled around and I still had not I had a phone call from them. I called the garage and the man told me that he changed my oil and was trying to figure out why my car was idling high. also informed me that he would need to keep it for longer than today to see anything else.
