we are here this past Friday night. Sat outside. over 1/2 of the lights don't work sonwe sat in the dark. I ordered garlic parmesan snow crab legs, husband ordered buffalo Dungeness crab legs. Since we could not see, I bit into a HOT corn on the cob. Not happy. We both ordered a shark bite that we usually love and have 2 of each. Waited over an hour to be seated. The server, Michael, was not personable. This was our first time at Joe's Crab Shack and we are definitely disappointed.

Not as good as I expected but good
I am not usually a complainer. However, I got a bloody Mary in a glass that had a large chip on the rim of the glass. When I showed it to the waitress, she said she would talk to the manager. She came back and said that the bartender apologized...... crickets. No complimentary drink, no discounts. Not even HALF the price off the cost! Bad management. It was not a small chip - it was pretty big! Fortunately, I didn’t lick the salt off the edge of my glass or I would’ve had a nice big slit on my tongue. 🤬😡

Food was very well seasoned and the drinks were great as well, therefore we will most definitely be coming back.
Not one to complain much. But this time I have to. The service was slow and the server was to. The food was, well not the best. The food was very over battered and over cooked as well. Our server was unattentive to us. She never came and asked for refills on our drinks or even asked us how our food was

Severely short staffed. We were told about a 5 min wait while they wipe tables down. About 45 min later, after we spoke up, we were finally seated. They told patrons after us it would be about a 5 min wait while they cleaned tables,those of us who had been waiting just laughed. Service was slow and not real attentive. Kids MacNCheese looked like open box of Kraft. Other food was good. Just disappointing to say the least.
