Worst service ever. Food was great. But we waited five minutes before anyone even came to our table. We ordered my sons food and asked that it come out before ours. It didn't. Came out with ours, and was wrong. This is the second time in a row that we have had bad service and although we love the food there, we might need to step away. We are so disappointed.
Robert, the manager does an awesome job pleasing & making sure his customers are happy. Making sure they come back. I just learned that the Ann Arbor store is now closed. In which, was the closest to Toledo. We will definitely have to visit the Columbus Joe's Crabshack again. We have been visiting Joe's Crabshack over the last 25 yrs. We are sad to see so many closing. PLEASE FIND A WAY TO OPEN MORE JOE'S CRABSHACK IN THE TOLEDO & OHIO AREA! WE LOVE JOE'S CRABSHACK!
