Was there Saturday the 3/3 they told us an hour wait ended up being longer. But there was open seats every where. When we finally was seated took 15 minutes before the waitress even came to our table. Then took another 10 minutes before we got our drinks. Our appetizers never even came. When we finally got our meal was not our waitress that served us was another lady. I’ve been wanting to eat at Joe’s for about six years. My boyfriend took me there this past Saturday. We had a great experience! We both had the crab daddy buckets and everything was awesome!! My daughter graduates college in May, and we’re all coming there to celebrate:)
Horrible! We drove 7 hours today to get there... your OUT of crab! How does Joe's Crab Shack run out of crab completely!!! So we decide we will get milkshakes... out of ice cream!! Are you kidding me!! We were so excited to get there and enjoy crab! So disappointed �
got there at 3:30 and had a 20-minute wait even though the place was empty. The service was horrible, we had to ask for silverware, condiments, and refills. We got our appetizer and it must have sat for a while before we got it because it was soggy. We got our "steam pots" and the crab legs were cold. I know it's the flu season and good help is hard to find anymore, they did tell us they were short of help so I'll just leave it at that
