Server’s are excellent but our food took ages to arrive. Our server apologized and said he asked the manager to talk to us but when the manager delivered our appetizers he didn’t seem very bothered.

We had our Swamp Rabbit Pirates Parrot Head Club Phlockimg here recently. The food and drinks were delicious and the service was great! Everyone was friendly, courteous and efficient. We had a lot of Phun! — with MD Hutchings and Katharine Babinski.
Awesome food great employees
AWFUL. After over an hour and a half and two separate couples (who dat down LONG after us) got their food before us, I decided to ask the server to check on the order. The manager came by and half way apologized and when the food was served the server said “welcome to hell”. This is after walking into the restaurant to see lots of people waiting. When I got past the people to the hostess station, only to realize there were 5+ empty tables on the floor. THIS is exactly the reason chain restaurants are dying left and right.
The food was great and the staff very friendly
