Came here for our daughters birthday and the food was great and we had good service. � we don't have a joe's near us anymore, so we were excited to come here and we weren't disappointed.
This was the most worst visit I have had. False advertising saying the crab legs were steamed but in reality they were boiled. I took my aunt there for her birthday and she didn't get no birthday song or nothing. I am beyond disappointed. I may write corporate because this was unreal, Also we still hungry when we left

Went out to Joe’s Crab Shack expecting a relaxing delicious dinner. Food was ok service was worst I’ve ever experienced anywhere. Waitress was terrible. No refills nor even asked for one. Ordered three king crab leg dinners with extra cluster. She charged us for four. I know she knew different because the girl that brought it to our table told her she ordered to many still tried to charge us for them. My last three visits there where bad but this was the worst. Food was cold on my first time going on yesterday but waiter was great kimora
Service was good but the food was disappointing. Seemed like the strip clams were frozen and just fried... I would think they would have been fresh but if they were they certainly didn’t taste that way.
