RecommendedDrove down for the day to Sac from Reno decided to have dinner at Joe's crab shack, so glad we did atmosphere and view was fun & a delight. Food was amazing, the steam pot for 2 is a deal! Very impressed by our server Cortney's welcoming & excellent customer service. The manager Chris even came by just to say "Hi "and see how we were enjoying our experience., made us feel a bit special for that. We definitely ended our day in Sac on a great note here.
Great view, getting the check and drinks was super slow but food was great and servers very nice. Great time and menu items at lunch were fabulous

Very festive atmosphere. I have been here before and always had a great time. This time I was there for our 52nd wedding anniversary.
This is the second time it has happened, I don’t usually post about a restaurant, but this deserves a mention. Took 55 minutes to get a garden salad with 5 grilled shrimp. (Served separately) Then the manager came to the table to apologize for being busy when customers around us were served. My grandsons meal came within 10 minutes while we waited for ours. The crab was very good very excellent I will be back to eat again
First of all it was very loud. Couldn’t talk to the people at my table without yelling. The lobster was ok, but the white rice served with tasted terrible and the broccoli was way over cooked, mushy. I will not being going out of my way to go back nor recommend it to anyone.
We waited 20 min without anyone coming to our table! We left. So upset. At least stop at our table and let us know you will be right with us.
