Sorry to say but the food was terrible and cold. We also specifically asked for cocktail sauce but was given marinara, asked for salt-None and no cutlery, no napkins...We did take out because we were told it was faster....so why would all the food be cold! Bad experience!

I remember Joe's when they were in Cleveland, it was DELISH. Tonight the food was AWFUL. The waitress was AWFUL. I left a 20% tip because that's my normal tip but I specified the tip should go to Aleesah. I hope she gets it because she paid more attention to us than our waitress, who i dont even know her name. i made these reservations on Opentable and said it was our 39th anniversary I'm so sorry I picked your restaurant.
RecommendedFood was awesome but as for service and with as the restaurants being non busy due to covid , the service was terrible, they brought our food out and didn't see them for the rest of our dinner had to track down a server to get our bill. shame because that place has great food
RecommendedHOT!! Outside dining in 103 degrees is unbearable. Cool water misting is a MUST. Good food. Friendly, but slow service.

RecommendedNormally love the takeout here. My most recent order was not as pleasant. Called in and was told it would be 25 minutes. Took me 20 to get there. Had to wait an additional 15 because it wasn't ready. Got home and the steak was chewy and the shrimp was rubbery. The steam pot was not steamy. The lemon wedge was missing. The effort was not there like it was three weeks ago. Thankfully the flavor was still top notch but it was difficult to manage the texture. Hope they're able to turn it around.
