I bathe my dog regularly and keep the house pretty clean but there was still a faint pet smell that never fully went away. Joe's sent a technician out for an air duct cleaning and he explained how pet odors get trapped in the ducts and circulate no matter how clean the dog is. He showed me what he pulled out during the job before wrapping up. House actually smells neutral now for the first time in a long time.

Our church building hosts events throughout the week, so keeping the facility comfortable is important. They worked around our activities and completed the cleaning efficiently. The team was respectful and easy to coordinate with.

We manage several commercial properties and regularly hire maintenance contractors. This local team stood out because of their reliability and professionalism. The work was completed on schedule and without disrupting tenants.

I was worried about being pushed into services I did not need but their duct cleaning process was completely straightforward. The technician told me what was needed for my air ducts and did exactly that. No pressure, no extras.

During our cleaning, the technician from Joe's cleaning services spotted a broken part on the outside vent and replaced it without making it into a big thing. That kind of initiative says a lot about how they operate.
