Best in town, down to earth guys, incredibly knowledgable, reasonable prices. Would give 6 stars if I could.
Yesterday, 4/5/2017, I took my bicycle to Joe's to get two new tires put on it. Pete greeted me as soon as I arrived; was very courteous and suggested I come back in 30-45 minutes. Upon my return in 30 minutes, my bike was finished. Two new tires, and rear brake pads, all for an amazingly low charge!! I strongly recommend Joe's to everyone. The venue is remarkable; right on Lake Ella. Met Pete yesterday. Solved a micro-shifter problem other shops would not even tackle. Same day resolution. Technical perfection. Class act.
I was just in there today and I needed to get a freewheel switched out on a old bike. the guys working there were more helpful than I ever would have expected. So whoever owns this business give the guys that are in there today a raise. I've been to quite a few bike shops and they were by far the most helpful I've ever seen.
Pete and Joe helped me put together my recent Surly Karate Monkey build. Love the vibe in that shop.
