This was the worst experience in my life. Mike had my car from Oct 24th to Dec 1st to replace an Alternator on a 2003 GMC Envoy that was drivable. No engine light on and over a 1/4 tank of gas and a key locked gas cap. Now the engine light stays on flashes when engine revs and stahls terribly not to mention I had to buy another gas cap and was charged a total of $498.00 when originally quoted approx half. Joe effed up my car. He promised me my car back in a week and it took him over two months. And I had to help him put the muffler back on. Had nothing but problems with my car since. He didn't tighten the screws on my tires. I could've had an accident and got killed. He also kept my spare tire telling me it was stolen. Told him to check his cameras and he told me the tire was bad anyway.I still wanted it and he said he would give me a tire but couldn't come up with one.
