Do not send your car to this so called business Absolutely horrible made me lose my car and put in debt I hope this “company” loses everything
Don't do it...he took over a grand, drove my vehicle overnight while he partied instead of repairing it, failed to perform the repairs he claimed and when called out on it promised to refund my money in writing ..NEVER REFUNDED ONE PENNY... costs to fix his failures continue to add up. ASE doesn't mean squat, just another b.s. artist who has done this in different places and every time Joe gets caught he packs up in the middle of the night and moves. ASCI means nothing in the grand scheme
Never called back. Had an urgent repair to save me from loosing my job. Terrible service. Liars.
On vacation my Honda Odyssey broke down on I-80 50 miles West of Elko. I contacted Joes to see if he do the repair. He did the repair that evening and got the van back before 8 pm.
Excellent service and work! I've taken my vehicle to them a couple of times for repairs over the last year and have been satisfied every time. Even if they are busy, they work hard to fit you in and work fast. I've never had to wait very long for work to get done on my vehicle with them. They are great to work with! They work great with extended warranties and really go above and beyond to keep the customer informed and happy. I plan on taking my vehicle to them for any future work that needs done.
