Awful customer service. This mechanic is overwhelmed and takes on more than he could handle. Our car was in his shop for over 13 days. NO REPAIRS were even made and the worst part was he called us only TWO times to inform us of the cars status. I called everyday hoping that our car was fixed and he assured me he would get to it??? No he never did in fact on the 11th day I was told he had issues with an employee and now my keys were missing???? He never bothered to inform me of this information when it first happened!!!
