Paid for almost a whole week. No parking one of the nights. Our last night they put a notice on our car that we're being towed. Not sure what kind of business they're running here but I do believe the city should look into this. I'd recommend anyone coming from out of town not to use Joe's. You're better off valet parking your car with a random person on 5th Street. We literally have a receipt for payment and a written notice saying we didn't pay. We paid for our reservation with spot hero and the lot was full when we arrived. They took our money and we couldn’t park. Thieves.
