I got a charge on my credit card and I don't even drive (Atlantic & Pomona)
Sign said 30 dollar daily. Go to leave it's 48 dollars. I swipe my card it gets approved. Gate doesn't open. Call the intercom they say the payment didn't go thru. I log into my app it says the payment did go thru. He says too bad. I swiped again. Had to pay an extra 48. So 96$ to park and now have to dispute with my credit card company. This place is trash and the employees are trash

I recently attended an event at the Telegraph Ballroom and had pre-paid for parking through Ticketmaster. Upon arrival, I scanned my ticket, but it instructed me to press the call button. After speaking with someone, they informed me that nothing could be done until after the event. I assumed I would be able to exit smoothly once the show was over, but that wasn’t the case. Leaving another review because my first one got deleted. I parked here a couple nights ago partly because this is a gated lot with a guard on duty. When I returned to my car the window was smashed, and so were a few other peoples car windows. We reported it to the security guard and he gave me two phone numbers for the garage that I could follow up with. I have been trying to call, but one is a scam number and the other keeps leaving me on hold indefinitely. Don’t park here
