Parking attendant on the intercom was extremely rude and they do not have "tap to pay". Security guard also seemed distracted, would not trust my car here.
Their customer service is horrible they don’t pick up the phone, their website is broken. It doesn’t work.
DO NOT park here or visit this area in general! The parking lot may seem “safe,” but it is NOT. Your car can be vandalized or broken into. My family and I visited Los Angeles for the first time to go to “Los Callejones,” and we parked at Joe’s Parking Lot. In broad daylight, our car window was smashed and our luggage was stolen. DONT leave your car at Joes parking spot!!! That’s the worst place to leave your car. Our rental got smashed windows and Stole our luggage at that place no cameras and no security. Be careful ‼️‼️‼️
