Online parking reservation doesn’t work, even from their own website.
Responsive staff, reasonable price, close proximity to City Hall. Sometimes there's homeless camping out in there. But there are a ton of EV chargers on the first, second, and basement level.
No staff. No one answers the phone. Be careful if you purchase parking online through their site to save money — no one on-site honors it or even knows what you’re talking about. Parking is $12 for 12 hours, but if you go even one minute past that 12-hour mark, you’ll be hit with another $12 charge. Parking is $12 for 12 hours. You go 1 minute past 12 hour mark and you’re charged an additional $12. Woof. Neoliberal hell. No staff, limited hours when there is staff, bad website, no online options, poor phone system (routed to multiple departments for every call), and disempowered employees unable to work with folks to solve problems. On top of that, unclear price structure on their signage resulted in surprise 20 dollars per day since overnight (30$) only refers to 12-7 am??
