This was the worst experience with any product or service that I have ever bought. I ordered online and the parking attendant refused to honor my reservation. I tried to scan the QR code. He said that machine has been broken for months. I said I paid online and he said started screaming at me my problem not my problem. Then he walked away disappeared for some time came back and yelled at me machine is broken not my problem.
Do NOT park here! It is a scam place, they cost you $24 for within 12h. The customer service said you have to paid this as it is with no reason, and unfortunately you have to pay the incorrect payment.
Online parking reservation doesn’t work, even from their own website.
Responsive staff, reasonable price, close proximity to City Hall. Sometimes there's homeless camping out in there. But there are a ton of EV chargers on the first, second, and basement level.
No staff. No one answers the phone. Be careful if you purchase parking online through their site to save money — no one on-site honors it or even knows what you’re talking about. Parking is $12 for 12 hours, but if you go even one minute past that 12-hour mark, you’ll be hit with another $12 charge.
