Dale has been out to service our dryer twice now and has been professional and fast both times.
Dale came up to look at a broken washer, at my rental, something I wanted fixed. He told me the board was bad and not to bother fixing it. I pressed on as to the cost. Only answer it's not worth it. I've done some of these diy and it's a $90 part and 20 minute job. He charged $80 for the call, because he took 5 minutes to clean lint from the vent on the dryer. I called and talked to Dale about this and he just yelled at me and hung up. I highly recommend avoiding this business.
