Staff standing round in groups chatting. Had to ask for drink before food. Then asked a male server with glasses for a straw and watched him ignore my request and carry on chatting because he obviously wasn’t my server. No advice on food. Staff again stood round chatting and were louder than their customers. Appalling service. Overpriced for that kind of service. Won’t be coming back
