I highly recommend Ross for any plumbing work you need. He replied fast, scheduled the job for the very next day, and made the whole water heater installation easy. During the first visit, he found that the water heater unit we had been sold was defective and needed to be exchanged. I called Joel's Finest Plumbers to get a price for installing two toilets and a garbage disposal, and to check a possible drain line leak under one toilet that another plumber had mentioned. The earlier estimate I got from a different company felt much too high. Matthew came out, inspected everything carefully, and only charged for the materials and the hourly labor.
