We didn't end up using this company because we needed to have our septic pumped instead. However, I want to highlight how professional and helpful the owner was in addressing our actual issue. Rather than just rushing out to take our money for what we thought was a clogged drain, he asked us questions about the problem and gave us great suggestions on what to do first. I had a problem with my toilet that wouldn’t stop running, so I set up an appointment for the next day. I got a follow-up text asking some questions about the issue. They managed to move my appointment up by a day, and it turned out I was wasting water because I thought I had shut it off, but the valve was broken, so it kept running! I reached out to a plumbing service after my sink was clogged and wouldn’t drain. I left a voicemail, and within 15 minutes, I got a call back.
