I met Joelle at an open house she was hosting; as someone who was new to the area she was exceptionally honest and knowledgeable about what areas of town were going to be right for me. She is generous with her time and patience (we looked at a lot of places) - her background was also helpful in really figuring out what type of housing I wanted to fit into my budget (Townhouse vs Single-Family / HOA vs None).
