The chicken was great. The side options were okay, the potato salad was good. I thought the garlic fries were okay, I don't really like shoestring fries. The waffles were awesome! The set up inside made it hard to see the menu board while waiting in line to order. They aren't as fast to serve as their competitor. The majority of the chairs were all the same, metal with an awful back design. I'm not a big person, but it was almost uncomfortable to sit in them.
Absolutely loved this place!! The atmosphere was awesome !! The staff was overly friendly and welcoming , Jacqueline was very eager to help us decide what to order and making sure we were having a great experience !! Food on top of everything else was AMAZING!!! Can't wait to come back and try more !!! So excited to finally have Joella's come to town!!!
Love the food, brought back up the review to 4 stars because the food really is excellent and Joella's regional mgt made good on improving their service. Below is the saga prior their recent improvement.... Changed my review from 5 to 2 stars due to poor service, not the food. I love the food but will no longer go out of my way to eat there.
