I ordered by phone for pickup. When I got there, there was a line. I asked a waitress where to go to pick up my food and she told me to stand in line. Another 20 min. Was not impressed. They need a separate place for carryout.
I was hesitant to try because I recommended to a group of friends that we try Nashville hot and we were very disappointed. I thought this would be the same but I was completely wrong. Joella's was delicious, hands down best chicken around!
Delicious! First time there and we loved it!! Mac and cheese and broc slaw are amazing :)
Dont get me wrong the chicken was good but the people working in the back did a lot of cussing. Talking rudely about a co-worker. The lady that took my order was nice.
My husband and I both got tenders with Ella's Favorite sauce, which is their middle heat level, and they were amazing. For sides, we got kale salad, macaroni and cheese, green beans, garlic Parmesan fries, and red skin potato salad. All the sides were yummy even though the red potatoes in the potato salad could've been cooked a bit longer.
